RENO — The American Cancer Society and Heritage Bank of Nevada will host the fourth annual Suits N Sneakers Ball on June 17 at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.

This fun-filled evening, which is dedicated to raising money for the fight against cancer, is sponsored by various local businesses and will feature an elegant dinner, special guest emcees Wendy Damonte and Kristen Remington, and Honorary Chairman, University of Nevada, Reno men’s basketball coach David Carter.

Sponsorship and underwriting opportunities include:

• All Star: $10,000

• MVP $5,000

• Playmaker Sponsor: $3,500

• Fast Break Sponsor: $2,000

Tables and individual tickets cost $1,750 for a “corporate backcourt table” and $175 for individual tickets.

Between the early 1990s and 2005, the American Cancer Society has contributed to a 15 percent decrease in the overall cancer death rate through research in finding cures. Over the past year, the northern Nevada community, teamed with the American Cancer Society, has raised more than $1.1 million in the fight against cancer and to help families and friends celebrate more birthdays.
