Feds grant Nevada Real ID extension
The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has been granted a Real ID Act extension by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that will allow Nevada's current driver's license to be accepted for federal purposes until Dec. 31, 2009.
